TiVo DVR Scheduler for BlackBerry Smartphones

TiVo DVR Scheduler was a free BlackBerry application that allowed you to view and schedule recordings on your TiVo DVR from your BlackBerry device. As of 1/9/2012, this application became unavailable for download. The TiVo DVR Scheduler for Blackberry will continue to be supported if you installed this application prior to 1/9/2012.
For continued on-the-go scheduling we recommend using TiVo mobile at m.tivo.com.
Compatibility
The BlackBerry application is not compatible with devices running RIM 6.0 or newer. If your BlackBerry is running RIM 6.0 or newer, use TiVo Mobile by going to m.tivo.com.

How to Use the Application:
1. Open the TiVo DVR Scheduler on your BlackBerry handheld device and log in using your TiVo Online Account (My Account) username and password.
2. Your list of activated, remote scheduling enabled TiVo DVRs will appear on the screen. Choose the TiVo DVR that you want to use as the default for recordings you schedule remotely using the TiVo DVR Scheduler.
NOTE: You can change your default DVR at any time by going to the 'Settings' option from your application homepage. Click 'Switch DVR' to select a new default DVR.
3. You're all set! Now you can use the Category and Search options to find programs you want to record.

I cannot access or install the application
Shows are not recording or scheduling properly
1. The TiVo DVR Scheduler uses the same username and password as Manage My Account. Do you have an existing My Account (MMA) login?
No, I don't have an MMA account: Visit tivo.com/mma to create an account. For instructions, see What is My Account? Once you have created an account, you can use the same login information to access the TiVo DVR Scheduler.
Yes, I have an MMA account: Continue to Step 2.
2. Using your computer's internet browser, visit tivo.com/mma. Are you able to log in?
The TiVo DVR Scheduler and Manage My Account (tivo.com/manage) use the same login information. To reset your password, visit tivo.com/manage and click on "Forgot your password?" to have a temporary password sent to your email address.
I am unable to log in.

Shows are not recording or scheduling properly
If you have multiple TiVo DVRs, be sure that you choose the correct DVR when scheduling a recording. If you chose the correct DVR and are still experiencing issues, please contact TiVo Customer Support for assistance. If your DVR is recording a different program than you expected, please see My DVR recorded the wrong program for more help.
