TiVo App for iOS software version information

Version 3.2.2 (November, 2013)

  • Round-Trip Time (RTT): You can now stream copy-protected content to other TiVo devices on your network! RTT enables TiVo to conform to Cable Labs restrictions while streaming copy-protected content inside the home. This feature determines the network response time between the transcoder device (TiVo Stream, Roamio Plus, Roamio Pro) and the mobile device to ensure that the user is within the home network. If the response time falls within the threshold, the user is assumed to be in the home network and is allowed to stream copy-protected content. In order for the RTT feature to work, the Roamio transcoder devices will require software version 20.3.8 or later and TiVo Stream will require a later software version than 19.1.3b
  • Last-used tab: This new version will remember the last used tab and return the user to the tab every time the app is used. If the user logs out, the app will reset and return the user to the default tab - What to Watch Now.
