If you do not see the MLB.TV app and all app requirements are met, the app may be hidden. From TiVo Central press Settings & Messages > Settings > Channels > My Video Providers. If the app is listed on this screen but does not have a checkmark, it is hidden; checkmark the app to show the app launch point. If the app does not appear on this screen, please contact TiVo Customer Support for assistance.

Is there a limit to the amount of devices that can be associated to an MLB user account?

An MLB.TV account (basic or Premium) can only be associated with two external devices. If you wish to use the MLB.TV app with more than two TiVo devices, you will need to create multiple MLB.TV accounts.

Where can I find the Free Game of the Day?

On your TiVo, you can find the Free Game of the Day on the Calendar screen. Select a date to view all available games for the day. The Free Game of the Day will be highlighted in orange. Switch to Today's games; if there is a free game available for the day, you will find it highlighted in orange.

To find the Free Game of the Day on the Internet, visit the MLB.com Media Center. Use the calendar located on the left side of the page to find the day you are searching for. The Free Game of the Day will be highlighted in orange.

The Free Game of the Day is only offered during the regular season. There are no free games during the postseason.

Why is the game I am trying to watch blacked out?

Games are blacked out when a local or national broadcaster has exclusive rights to air a game in certain areas or across the country. Blackout games will stream live only through these exclusive channels, but based on restrictions, could be made available as archived games after a duration of time. Refer here for MLB.TV blackout restrictions.

How long are games archived?

An archived version of the game is usually available 90 minutes after the conclusion of the game. Archived games are only available for the current season through the TiVo app.

Are postseason games included with my MLB.TV subscription?

An MLB.TV Premium account provides access to both regular season and post season games.
