TiVo Package Payment Plan: A package plan includes both a TiVo DVR and the award-winning TiVo Service. You can purchase package plans through TiVo Direct or through select special promotions.
TiVo Service Only Plan: Service Only plans are available to customers who purchase TiVo devices from retail websites or stores.
Multi-Service Discount (MSD): If you have multiple active TiVo payment plans, one or more of your payment plans may be eligible for the Multi-Service Discount. To learn more, click here.

The TiVo Service Commitments
For new activations, TiVo provides a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. This means that if you cancel your service plan within 30 days of activation, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel a TiVo package plan, you must return the device within 15 days of cancellation, or you may be subject to the Non-Returned Equipment Fee.
After 30 days, an Early Termination Fee will be charged for monthly plans if service is cancelled before the end of the commitment period. If you cancel a prepaid plan, you will not be charged an Early Termination Fee, but you will not receive a refund of any remaining balance.
When a contract reaches the end of its service commitment, it is automatically rolled over to month-to-month or annual billing, depending on the original contract.
If you have a monthly plan: The contract will roll over to a month-to-month plan and continue at the same rate you were paying.
If you have a prepaid plan: The contract will enter a new annual plan and be charged at the same rate as the previous annual plan.
NOTE: If you activated a payment plan prior to 5/15/08, your plan will roll over to a month-to-month billing plan at the end of your commitment, regardless of original plan type.
Product Lifetime Service: This service plan lasts for the life of the device, and will never roll over to another plan.

What is the 90 day billing dispute policy?
Section 11 of the TiVo Service Agreement states:
You (the customer) are responsible for reviewing your credit card statement for billing accuracy. You have 90 days to dispute any billing that you feel is inaccurate. If you do not contact TiVo within 90 days of the disputed billing date, TiVo will not be responsible for any billing errors.
