Important: Series1–Series4 DVRs are no longer eligible for new service plans. If you cancel an existing service plan on these DVRs, you will not be able to reactivate them. Series2, Series3/HD and Series4 DVRs with Product Lifetime Service will continue to receive service for the life of the DVR.
A service plan is required as it provides updated TV guide information, ability to record programs, updates to the User Interface, provides features like Onepass,SkipMode, QuickMode, Multi-Room Streaming/Viewing with the use of our TiVo Mini, ability to stream recorded shows using other devices like tablets and mobile phones and access to streaming applications like Netflix, Prime Video and others.
For purchases from tivo.com and all newly-activated TiVo service subscriptions, TiVo provides a 30-day Money-Back Guarantee. Full refunds (minus shipping costs) will be provided for any devices (excluding accessories) purchased from tivo.com that are returned within 30 days of shipment date, or if a newly-activated TiVo service subscription is canceled within 30 days. If TiVo does not receive the device within 15 days of the return request, you will incur a charge (to your credit card on file) equal to the difference between (1) Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (plus tax) and (2) the purchase price you paid. After 30 days from service activation, an Early Termination Fee will apply for monthly plans canceled before the end of the commitment period. Prepaid plan cancelations will not be charged an Early Termination Fee and no refunds will be issued any prepaid fees.
TiVo Continual Care is available for TiVo EDGE for Cable, TiVo EDGE for Antenna, TiVo BOLT, TiVo BOLT+, TiVo BOLT VOX, TiVo BOLT OTA, or TiVo Roamio DVRs. TiVo Continual Care provides options for replacing defective devices. Exchange exclusions and restrictions apply for both TiVo Continual Care and TiVo DVR Limited Warranty.
TiVo DVRs do not work with satellite. The TiVo EDGE for Cable, TiVo BOLT+, TiVo BOLT VOX 1TB v2 DVRs and TiVo Roamio Pro/Plus DVRs are intended for use with digital cable systems only and do not work with external cable boxes, analog cable, or over-the-air antennas.
To receive digital cable channels, TiVo EDGE for Cable, TiVo BOLT, TiVo BOLT+ or TiVo BOLT VOX require one multi-stream CableCARD from your cable provider. Additional fees may apply.

Monthly TiVo service subscriptions will continue after the 1-year commitment period, billed at the same monthly rate, until service is cancelled by going to www.tivo.com/myaccount. Subscriptions cancelled before the commitment period is over will incur a $150 early termination fee plus applicable tax. All paid monthly service fees are non-refundable.
Annual TiVo service subscriptions will automatically renew for a one (1)-year period, billed at the same annual rate, unless service is cancelled by going tohttp://www.tivo.com/myaccount. All prepaid annual service fees are non-refundable.
All-in TiVo service plans (a) lasts for the lifetime of your TiVo device (not your lifetime), (b) is not transferrable to another TiVo device (except in certain warranty replacement/repair cases), and (c) may exclude certain TiVo offerings (e.g., for third-party content, particular applications, cloud-based services, etc.) for which TiVo may (in its sole discretion) charge separately.
What is the policy for disputing a charge from TiVo on my credit card bill?
You are responsible for reviewing your credit card statement for billing accuracy. If you believe that there is an inaccuracy, you have 90-days to notify TiVo, by calling TiVo Customer Support. If you do not contact TiVo within 90-days of the disputed billing date, TiVo will not be responsible for any billing errors.
The Non-Returned Equipment Fee (NEF) is charged when you cancel a TiVo service plan (monthly or prepaid) within 30 days of activation and the device is not received by TiVo within 15 days.
For cancelations after 30 days from activation, the device cannot be returned. Customer may be subject to an Early Termination Fee (see Early Termination Fee Overview below).

Early Termination Fee Overview
The Early Termination Fee is charged when a TiVo device/service bundle or service-only monthly with 1 year commitment plan is canceled over 30 days, after activation and before the end of the commitment period. Once the balance is paid on the account, the commitment of the TiVo DVR will be considered fulfilled.
An Early Termination Fee of $150.00 plus applicable tax and will not be eligible for a refund of any monthly fees that have already been paid. The cancellation also immediately terminates the limited warranty and TiVo Continual Care program for the corresponding TiVo device(s). Please note that TiVo Series1, Series2, Series3 or Series4 DVRs cannot be reactivated after service has been canceled.
