This will ensure that the latest version of the software is installed.
In the TiVo App for iOS, restart the TiVo Stream.

The link LED on the Ethernet port will not light up
The customer has had the TiVo Stream more than 90 days:
Educate the customer that we no longer process an exchange for TiVo Stream. The TiVo Stream is no longer being sold because the stream functionality is built-in into the TiVo BOLT and the standalone Stream unit is no longer needed.
> If customer owns a TiVo Stream device, we still provide technical support and activations.
> If customer owns a DVR without built-in stream functionality and wants to stream, they should find one at a retailer or may upgrade to a TiVo BOLT.
